Leo and his team did a terrific job gutting and renovating our small condo bathroom. From the beginning, he was extremely responsive. If we had an idea – like putting in an acrylic slate as our shower base instead of tiling – he was at Bath Depot five minutes later, FaceTiming us to go over the different options available. He was also very adaptable throughout the process. When we said we wanted a recessed LED medicine cabinet mirror, for instance, he replaced and framed a whole other wall to make our vision a reality. Leo and his team also went out of their way to work around this being our only bathroom. Instead of sending us off to some pricey hotel, as other contractors had required, they took the toilet off to work and put it back on before they left multiple times throughout the process.
As with any reno, there were a few minor hiccups along the way… just with the tradespeople that were brought in. It seemed like they were in a bit of a rush and not taking as much care as Leo and his team do. The plumbers accidentally damaged our door, the painters took a couple of tries to get things just right and the shower installers weren’t the best at caulking, for example.
But to Leo’s credit and professionalism, he promptly fixed all these issues – repairing the door, perfecting the painting and redoing the caulking in its entirety. It really showed he cared about making sure we were happy with the end result… even if we were nitpicking sometimes!
Attached are a few pictures of the end result. All in all, we’re ecstatic with how the reno turned out! And we’d recommend Leo to anyone. He’s responsive, adaptable and takes pride in making sure the job is done right.

Leo and his crews have completed kitchen renovations while we are still living in the space. They are very thoughtful and considerate of your circumstances. Leo is very responsive and flexible. He listens to what you need and prefer. From beginning to end, since there were no major changes on our decided design, he has not requested for any additional expenses even some of my trivial preferences change over time. It may seem to you that it is obvious but while I am dealing with all kinds of contractors it is not common. They opened up and asked for more money to complete when there is no choice! Leo was not like that. He sticks with his words.

Review by Yetta L: After choosing Leo's Raven Reno & Condo Remodelling company to renovate our old outdated bathroom which easily exceeded our expectations, we had them redo our cluttered 80's melamine kitchen! The quote was very reasonable for the amount of work required and, as with the bathroom work, Leo stayed true to his word. First words that come to mind are CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, FRIENDLY, CREATIVE, HONEST and PRECISE WORKMANSHIP! The project involved many aspects. 1) Replacing a small window with a large one. 2) Removing a load bearing wall to open up the space by first adding support above and below. 3) Moving an entry way a few inches over. 4) Removing a popcorn ceiling and repairing a water-damaged ceiling. 5) Updating existing plumbing and adding a new water feed line along the basement ceiling across from the sink and up through the floor to our new ice-making fridge. Installed water shutoff valves everywhere. 6) Drywalling, mudding and sanding. 7) Moving and adding electrical outlets including stove outlet, switches and strip lighting, 7 potlights and 2 pendant lights. 8) Removing the old ceramic tile flooring in ONE DAY plus at least 5 layers of old material added over the years! 9) Reinforcing the cheaply constructed floor with thick plywood and matching the level with the D/R floor - solid now, no more creaks! 10) Installed new vinyl flooring which looks amazing! 11) Drilled a hole in the exterior-facing wall for the hood fan ducting and installed the outdoor vent cover. 12) Primed and painted. 13) Installed our new faucet and all new appliances including fridge, dishwasher and stove. Everything was done to code and to spec and all construction was level and aligned. They finished 2 WEEKS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE which was so awesome since being without a kitchen is a huge pain in the neck! Following cabinet installation his team promptly returned for the finishing touches: installed range hood fan, floor, window and door trim that required innovative thinking by Leo (another strength of his) and final coat of paint. DONE! Leo kept in touch daily to address any of our concerns and the final result blew our minds! Leo even returned later on to caulk around the backsplash, free of charge, that we did ourselves! I can honestly say that this guy aims to please! THANKS LEO!!! ...

Raven Reno & Condo recently finished remodelling my entire home. They replaced my wood floors, remodelled my kitchen, two full washrooms, a powder room and added a walk in closet in my bedroom. I also removed a closet and a powder room on the main floor which resulted in reworking duct work and making sure it was up to residential building codes. They also removed popcorn ceilings throughout the house and added pot lights. They took the time I wanted up front to design and then the end product reflected that. They’re super flexible and work with you to get things done just the way you like for as close to your budget as possible. I was very pleased with both the experience and the finished product.
